The time has come to sell my TVR 350i.
It is important to note that this car is being sold WITHOUT MOT OR TAX or indeed with any sort of guarantee of its condition. It is currently SORNed and off the road (on my driveway) having failed its MOT last year. Any buyer MUST pay for or have the facility to collect it via tow/trailer from Bath.
You will note the low starting price for this car - it covers the insertion and selling fee. There is no reserve price. It is priced to sell as I need the space. It would make either an ideal project car or a source of parts. I don't think that it would need much work to get through the MOT - I know that the brake discs are rusty and there is also some rust underneath. The engine is also running a little roughly. However, I will provide genuine answers to any questions you may have about the condition.
You are welcome to come and take a look at the car within the auction period but note that you WILL NOT be able to drive it as it is SORNed and untaxed.
I've owned this car for nearly ten years, and it has had money spent on all of the usual TVR things - loads of service history, including a body-off chassis repair/service and engine rebuild in 2004.
The car is fitted with an immobiliser (with an activating fob on the key ring) and a custom all-weather cover (as can be see in the photos).
I've had many great years in this car and I am sad to let it go, but I'm hoping it will find an enthusiastic new owner who can get it back on the road again, or at least use some of its parts to save another. There are few cars that sound quite as good as this at full throttle!
