fitting, I need to sell the car because I need the room to expand my business in to. The engine makes a genuine 298 hp & 310ftlbs of torque on a rolling road (7000 miles since build), please note this is more than a good 5litre makes despite TVR`s mad claims, if you ask the people in the know such as Mark Adams or Ray Webb at V8 Engineering they will tell you that a good std 5litre will make 280 brake tops! The 4 litre makes a whole lot less!! The car comes with (not fitted) a new front spoiler cost £400 from TET mouldings, a new rear bumper also cost £400 from TET mouldings (not fitted) enough genuine TVR Moon Raker black mettallic paint to spray these with. Pair of brand new rear discs in the box awaiting fitting. The complete roof is new, finished in top quality Mohair with new rear window panel, cost £700. The carpets are Ferrari red new throughout the car. The dashboard & console panel are finished in yacht grade burr walnut which will never need replacing. Pioneer head unit & 6 stack multiplayer in boot. Full black leather interior. Modifications include, new AVO adjustable shocks all round, new springs all round, all bushes replaced, new power rack fitted, brand new Range Rover radiator with race core fitted(£200), lots of Samco hose, Magnecor leads,new rear suspension bolts fitted, 400 drive shafts with larger UJ`s fitted (£1100 mod), new wheels & tires fitted, 17 inch 235 40 on the front 245 40 on the back Goodyear Eagle F1`s. 9000 mile T5 gearbox from a Griff 500. New 500 hp rated clutch (3 piece) fitted supplied by Ray at V8 Engineering. 7000 mile 4.6 ltr stage 3 motor, cross bolted & balanced, supplied by Ray Webb at V8 Engineering, this cost me £3000 plus to build. Cylinder heads totally reworkd by Ray`s head man, largest stainless rimflow valves fitted, reprofiled stems, reprofiled guides ports enlarged & polished. Hot cam with special followers, new rockers & shafts, new push rods new uprated valve springs, trumpet box, enlarged 38 mm trumpets shortened, large throttle in Plenum chamber, new throttle sensor, reconned Jag airflow meter, new Mark Adams ECU. Engine set up on the rolling road by Mark Adams & ECU re-programmed for the 4.6 litre engine. No expense spared in building the engine or in setting it up correctly. The car is phenomally quick & handles extremely well, the 310 ftlbs of torque at 3500 rpm is still there at 5500 rpm, the engine will rev to 7000rpm if required though perhaps you might only need to do that on a track ina high speed corner. The car must sell so no reasonable offer refused, two people who came to see the car both said the car was exactly as described, one couldn`t fit comfortably in the car so didn`t buy the other wasn`t able to do the work required. I estimate the work required at about 3 full days to complete the car plus costs of making one prop out of two circa £150. i f you have full garage facilities then the job could be done in a lot less. The car is advertised elsewhere so I reserve the right to withdraw it from sale at any time X

her back on the road as my windows need replacing and winters just around the corner so she`s got to go. She is in generally good condition, the interior is in good condition with no tears or rips. the gearstick gaitor is faded but not torn. The rear screen is in very good condition. The heads were skimmed and the exhaust manifolds and exhaust were replaced at a cost of £700. She starts and stops and still has a months tax. to put it back on the road quickly...?(it never happens in real life...) As you will see from the pictures, it is partially dismantled . Almost everything is there with some new parts purchased afterwards. It was stripped by the previous owner to prepare it for Le Mans classic races(TVR did an attempt in `61 , I think, so it should be eligible) Body and chassis are looking ok (except where the diff bolts to the chassis; see pics) but would need to be refreshed ; the engine is out and is turning over( a spare engine block + other bits are coming with the car). 5 black powder coated wire wheels with new tyres . Artisanal rollcage fitted but another one build by Spadge Hopkins comes with the car. Chassis #: see Grantur register.
